Curiosity – The best salesmen love to learn. To do that they ask questions and know how to listen. By listening to the needs of the customer and listening to the capabilities of the factory, they can find common ground for business growth.

Persistence –New products carry risk. Utilities are risk averse. Therefore the vetting process is rightfully thorough. Our people are skilled at encouraging the process to be expeditious without being abrasive.

Humility – As an agent, our role is to act on behalf of others. This is impossible if one is not able to set themselves aside and look to another’s interest above their own.
