Kolter came to the team after a successful stint as an Inside Salesman for WESCO. His prior experience helped him to hit the ground running as an Inside Salesman when he joined H&A. After just a year, it was evident that he was ready for an Outside Sales role. Kolter brings our team a better perspective for a day in the life the distributor Inside Sales person. This critical industry role can be overlooked, but often times these are the personnel responsible for everyday vendor selection. Kolter has taught us how to give these players the support necessary to earn their trust. Winning with the front-line is often the first step towards building brand momentum in a region.

When away from work, Kolter is golfing or spending quality time with his friends, family, and dog Wrigley.
